On the JYJ-Avex-SM issue

Ok, don't go batshit crazy on me, just expounding on the point raised by AKP...even in "normal" companies, they also extend your contract every time they send you to tranings and stuff...meaning the more they invest in you, the longer they will require you to stay with them i.e. make profits off you. Which is understandable becus they did put in money for you nga to be the kind of IT exec/Engineer/marketing manager/doctor that you are. Not gonna touch on the poorly compensated, poorly treated aspect of the issue...but in terms of the contract length, I would say it's perfectly understandable and acceptable...and i even dare say, acceptable, even in other industries and companies. I just feel lang that since there are a lot of younger fans, and you know how fans are, they kinda don't and refuse to see this reality.
